Originally named Pipkin Property Management, Inc., our company was established in 1966 by James Pipkin. 

Cookie Castle started her real estate career in Wichita, KS, in 1999.  A native of Lubbock, Cookie moved back here in 2002, and went to work as Property Manager and Realtor for James Pipkin.  Cookie purchased the company from Mr. Pipkin, who remains a very influential mentor and advisor.

Owner operated, Castle Property Management offers property owners a personal touch.  Our goal is to work with property owners to provide tenants quality and affordable housing.  We manage single and multi-family properties in all areas of Lubbock, with monthly rents ranging in price from $250 - $2,500.  Our tenants are as diversified as the properties we manage, and include college students, families, and professionals.  While we realize our loyalty is to our property owners, we are also always respectful and courteous to tenants, and provide prompt response to their maintenance requests. 

Maintenance - We utilize numerous reputable vendors in all areas of make-ready and maintenance, and strive to keep expenses as low as possible.  We believe that keeping the lines of communication open with owners as well as tenants is a key element in our success.

We are members of our local MLS, Realtors Association, and the Texas Apartment Association, and utilize TAA applications, leases and addendums. 

Advertising - We run a daily display ad in the Lubbock Avalanche Journal, and a weekly display ad in the Thrifty Nickel.  Many calls are generated from our internet site, CastlePropertiesOnline.com, as well as from our listing on LubbockApartments.com.  We also utilize several bulletin boards at TTU, and frequently advertise in the University Daily.
